This is my own design using a range of yarns and stitch techniques to create a unique a
and cute Windmill.
This tea cosy is finished using applique and embroidered detail. Knitted in chunky yarn to create a cuddly and cute appearance with the top of the Windmill lightly stuffed (BS5852) to provide extra insulation to keep your tea warm for longer. Finished with a mouse on one of the Windmill paddles. .
My tea cosies are designed for a medium size teapot that will take approx 2 pints when filled to the brim. The teapots I use measure 13cm to the top of the lid and is the most popular size.
