This is my own design using a range of yarns and stitch techniques to create a unique and cute bird house with a blue tits and a robin sharing the accommodation. The tea cosy is knitted in a chunky yarn with the bird house, blue tit and robin lightly stuffed (BS5852) to create a cute and cuddly appearance. Finished using applique and embroidered detail . This would be a great addition to any breakfast table.
This is a heavier than normal tea cosy therefore apologies to my overseas customers for the extra cost of postage 🙁

My tea cosies are designed for a medium size teapot that will take approx 2 pints when filled to the brim. The teapots I use measure 13cm to the top of the lid and is the most popular size.

I would recommend that this item is washed by hand
